With IAZ Photo Studio, quinceañera photography and video in Arizona costs $2,150, $3,250 or $4,995, depending on the package you choose. All three include a photographer and a videographer, a Pre-Event Photo Session and the edited event video; what changes the price is the hours of coverage, the number of locations and what you take home afterward.
If you search for what quinceañera photos and video cost, most English results come from vendors in other states or from national marketplaces, often with a "starting at" price and no list of what it covers. Here are our real package prices in dollars, what goes into each one and the things that push the total up or down, so you can hold any quote to the same standard.
IAZ Photo Studio has photographed and filmed quinceañeras in Arizona since 2004, when it was founded as Mi Foto Evento, and has covered more than 500 events. Everything you read here matches the contract you sign.

The Complete Package is the one families choose most: for $1,100 more than the Essential, it adds two hours, one location, every photo, the album and the highlight videos.
Any quinceañera coverage price comes down to five things. When you compare quotes, ask about each one, because two identical prices can include very different work.
Hours move the price more than anything else, because they are hours for two people working. A typical quinceañera day starts with getting ready at home, continues with the Mass, then photos with family and the court of honor, and ends with the reception: the waltz, the surprise dance, the toast and the party.
If Mass is at 2 pm and coverage ends at 10 pm, that is already 8 hours, exactly what the Essential Package includes. If you want getting ready at home covered from noon, you need 10 hours. Hours are continuous: travel between the church and the hall and any waiting time count inside them. Our contract sets coverage to end at 10:00 pm; each extra hour is $150.
Home, church, a park for photos and the reception hall are four locations. The Essential covers 2, the Complete 3 and the Deluxe 4. If your Mass and reception are at the same place, one location covers both.
This is where packages that look the same differ the most. Check how many digital photos you get (75 or all of them), whether there is a printed album and how many pages it has, whether the video comes in full or also in short highlight cuts for social media, and whether family far away can watch it online. A quote that only says "8 hours of photo and video" tells you none of this.
One photographer can't be in two places at once. If two quinceañeras are celebrated at the same party, or there are two getting-ready locations, it makes sense to add another person. An additional photographer is $500 for the first 4 hours and $125 for each hour after that; an additional videographer is $600 for the first 4 hours and $150 per hour after that. There is no travel charge within 50 driving miles of Tempe, Arizona (I-10 and US-60). Farther out, such as Flagstaff or Sedona, we quote the full driving distance and agree on it in writing before the date, so there are no surprises on the day.

If you already have someone filming, or your budget won't stretch to both, we offer photo only or video only at $1,250 (4 hours), $1,550 (6 hours) or $1,895 (8 hours). We recommend the combined packages first, because they include things the standalone ones don't, such as the Pre-Event Photo Session and the 20×30 framed print. Three costs fall outside every package, and it's better to know them now:
A planning tip that costs nothing: count the photo and video team in your catering headcount. They work long hours straight through.
A $500 deposit holds your date for you alone and counts toward the total. You pay the rest in installments and finish paying one month before the event. You review and sign the contract from your phone; signing and paying the deposit are two separate steps.
If you cancel 4 months or more ahead, you lose only your $500 deposit; it is not an extra charge. With less than 4 months to go, everything paid is lost. You can change the date once, with 4 months' notice or more, if the new date is open.
