An IAZ Photo Studio quinceañera photo and video package always includes a photographer and a videographer for 8 to 12 hours, a 1-hour photo session before the party, digital photos, an online gallery and the edited event video. What changes between the Essential ($2,150), the Complete ($3,250) and the Deluxe ($4,995) is how long we cover, how many photos you keep and what else you receive: album, highlight videos, streaming, a website, drone footage and printed gifts.
This guide goes item by item, in the order your family lives the day: getting ready, the Mass, the photos with the court of honor, the waltz and the surprise dance. That way you know which moment each package covers and what you receive weeks later. A $500 deposit holds your date; the rest is paid in installments, in full one month before the event.
These items come with the Essential, the Complete and the Deluxe. They're the base of any serious quinceañera coverage.
They're two people from the same team, on one schedule. The photographer looks for the instant: your daughter's face as she walks into the church, her dad's hand during the waltz. The videographer captures movement and sound: the blessing, the toast, the music of the surprise dance. Because they plan together, they don't block each other's shots in the aisle or on the dance floor.
A 1-hour session with your daughter fully dressed, at a park, a garden or the place you choose, at least 2 weeks before the party. It gives you calm portraits without the rush of the day, and many families use it for the invitation photos or the welcome sign. An adult from the family must be present for the whole session.
The hours run back to back from the moment we arrive. The drive from home to the church and from the church to the hall counts within them, and so does any waiting. Our contract sets the end time at 10:00 pm; if you want more, each extra hour is $150.
A large framed enlargement of the photo you choose. Many families put it at the hall entrance or in the living room. With the Deluxe, the frame is textured.
After the event we open your full gallery online. You choose your photos, because nobody recognizes your daughter's real smile better than you; you have 4 weeks after the event to do it. With the Essential you download 75; with the Complete and the Deluxe, all of them. Downloads include permission to print for personal use.
The full party video, edited with the Mass, the waltz, the surprise dance, the speeches and the party, in the order they happened. You receive it on a USB drive.
The Complete is the one families choose most, because for $1,100 more than the Essential it adds what gets used most after the party.
The Deluxe is for the family that wants everything covered and everything in one place, for $4,995.
People confuse them, but they do different jobs, so it helps to know which one you need.
Online Video Streaming Experience (Complete and Deluxe): family far away watches your video from anywhere. If grandma is in Mexico or an uncle couldn't travel, they get a link and watch the event video on their phone or TV, without downloading heavy files.
Personalized Event Website (Deluxe only): a custom site where your guests come back to see everything: the photos from the pre-event session and the party, the Memories Slideshow Video, the slideshow of the selected photos, the Event Highlight Video and the full video. It's the place they return to when they want to remember the day.
If all you care about is family far away seeing the video, streaming is enough. If you want one place with everything, the website is the answer.

A tip from our team: tell the photographer and the videographer about any surprises, like a special entrance or an outfit change. Keep the secret from the guests, not from the people who have to film it.

Usual delivery counts from when you choose your photos: typically 4 to 8 weeks for photo and video. You have 4 weeks after the event to choose; if your selection doesn't arrive, we make it. The contract sets the final terms. We keep your files for one year, so download and back up your gallery within that time.
The Complete Package, at $3,250. It adds every photo, the 30-page album, the highlight videos, the slideshows and streaming, which is what gets used most after the party.
No, every package includes a 1-hour session. If you want another session, it's $250.
