An IAZ Photo Studio wedding photo and video package includes a photographer and a videographer for 8 to 12 continuous hours, a 1-hour photo session before the wedding, digital photos, an online gallery, a 20×30 framed print and the edited wedding video. The Essential Package is $2,150, the Complete $3,250 and the Deluxe $4,995; what changes between them is the hours, the locations, how many photos you keep and the extras, such as the album, highlight videos and streaming.
This guide explains each item, when you'll notice it during your day and what's left out, so you can compare any quote against the same list. It works for any Arizona wedding: in a church, a reception hall, a ranch or a backyard.

A $500 deposit holds your date; the rest is paid in installments, in full one month before the event.
The base of all three is the same; the amount changes, not the quality of the work.
Two people with one schedule and one contract. They plan the angles for the processional, the vows and the first dance together, so they don't get in each other's way in the aisle or on the dance floor. You deal with one team, not two vendors meeting for the first time on your wedding day.
An hour of relaxed portraits at a place you choose with us (tell us your spot and we confirm any travel fee before you book), which also works as your engagement session. Many couples use those photos for their invitations or a welcome sign. It happens at least 2 weeks before the wedding.
Hours run straight through from the moment we arrive, and travel between the church, the park and the reception counts inside them. A location is each separate place: where you get ready, the ceremony, the photos and the reception. The contract ends coverage at 10:00 pm.
We open your full gallery online, and you choose your photos during the 4 weeks after the wedding. With the Essential you download 75; with the Complete and the Deluxe, all of them. Downloads include permission to print for personal use, and the 20×30 framed print is the photo you pick.
The ceremony, vows, speeches, first dance and party, edited into one video and delivered on a USB drive.
For $1,100 more than the Essential, the Complete covers a typical wedding day from start to finish and adds what gets shared most afterward.
The Deluxe, at $4,995, is the whole day with everything kept in one place.
Streaming and the event website are not the same thing: streaming lets someone far away watch the video; the website is the place everyone comes back to see everything.
Hours decide the package more than anything else. Here is an example of a wedding with a 3 pm ceremony and coverage ending at 10 pm.

If you both get ready in different places at the same time, one person can't be in both. That's when a second photographer ($500 for the first 4 hours) or a second videographer ($600) makes sense. To work out your hours, read how many hours of photo and video your wedding needs.

A $500 deposit holds the date and counts toward the total; the rest is paid in installments and in full one month before the wedding. You review and sign the contract from your phone. Usual delivery, counted from your photo selection, is 4 to 8 weeks for photo and video. The contract sets the final terms.
The Complete adds 2 hours, 1 location, every digital photo, the 30-page album, the highlight videos, both slideshows and streaming, for $1,100 more.
Yes. The 1-hour photo session before the wedding works as your engagement session, and it comes in all three packages.
Yes, from $1,250. We recommend the combined packages first, since they include the pre-event session and other items the standalone ones don't. Read photo, video or both to decide.
One year. Download and back up your gallery during the first year.
