Yes, we cover quinceañeras in Flagstaff: the package costs the same and travel is quoted separately

Yes, we cover quinceañeras in Flagstaff and northern Arizona with the same packages as in the Phoenix area, from $2,150; the only thing that changes is travel, quoted on the full driving distance from Tempe and agreed in writing before the date. For that quote to be exact, we need the city and the addresses of the Mass, the session and the hall from day one.

Below we explain how travel is quoted, which dates matter and what the official pages of a few northern spots say.

The Flagstaff quinceañera that made us change our contract

A family hired us and paid for their full package, but the party's address arrived one day before: it was in Flagstaff, about two and a half hours from Phoenix, and the travel cost had to be agreed against the clock. The party was covered and the family got their photos, but since then the location and travel are settled when you book, with a 50-mile radius written into the contract.

The lesson for you: if you don't have a hall yet, book with the city and send the addresses as soon as you have them. It's better to know the cost months ahead than the night before.

How travel to Flagstaff is quoted: the full distance from Tempe

Travel to Flagstaff is quoted on the full driving distance from Tempe, Arizona (I-10 and US-60), and agreed in writing before the date. Within 50 driving miles there's no travel charge; Flagstaff is much farther, so it always gets a quote.

For an exact figure, give us the city and address of every place on the day. If the Mass, the session and the hall are in different cities, tell us from the first inquiry.

You see the figure in writing before you hold the date, together with the package.

Northern Arizona spots for the session: what their official pages say

These details come from the pages of whoever runs each spot, checked November 7, 2026; confirm them before your date.

Riordan Mansion State Historic Park in Flagstaff

Riordan Mansion State Historic Park (opens in a new tab) is at 409 W Riordan Rd. and opens every day; from November 1 to March 31, 10:30 am to 5:00 pm. Garden entry is $5 per adult (14 and up), $3 for ages 7 to 13 and free under 7; the inside of the mansion is seen only on a guided tour. Its page links to a weddings and rentals section but posts no rules for photo sessions: call the park at (928) 779-4395 before you plan.

Lockett Meadow in Coconino National Forest

It's a meadow ringed by aspens about 15 miles north of Flagstaff. It isn't an option today: according to the Coconino National Forest page (opens in a new tab), Forest Road 552 is closed to all traffic, even on foot, until November 2026. That dirt road also closes for snow in early spring and late fall, and it's steep, narrow and single-lane.

The Forest Service rules for photos in the forest

Since the EXPLORE Act, the Forest Service (opens in a new tab) decides whether a permit is needed by group size and impact on the site. With 5 people or fewer, no permit is required, if you're in an area open to the public, with handheld gear and without closing off the site. From 6 to 8 people there's a minor authorization at no cost. With 9 or more, counting the photo and video team, a special permit with fees is required. A quinceañera with her court easily goes past 9: ask at the district office before you choose the spot.

We've already worked in northern Arizona: a wedding in Williams

Our published proof in the region is Mario and Cecilia's wedding in Williams (opens in a new tab), on October 2, 2021: the session was in Kaibab National Forest (opens in a new tab) and the ceremony and reception in Williams. It's a wedding, not a quinceañera, and our main site doesn't yet show a published Flagstaff event. We say so plainly so you know what we've shown and what we haven't.

Which package fits when the party is far from Phoenix

Each package's hours are continuous and include travel between locations and waiting time. If the Mass is in one city and the hall in another, that drive eats coverage hours, and the Complete (10 hours) or the Deluxe (12 hours) usually covers the day better. For relatives who can't make it up north, the Online Video Streaming Experience in the Complete and Deluxe lets them watch the video wherever they are. Aerial Drone Footage in the Deluxe depends on each site's rules.

Travel, the Pre-Event Photo Session and forest permits: what Flagstaff families ask

How much do you charge for travel to Flagstaff?

It's calculated on the full driving distance from Tempe. We give you the figure in writing before you hold the date.

Can the Pre-Event Photo Session be in the Phoenix area even if the party is in Flagstaff?

Yes. The session happens at the Phoenix-area spot you choose, at least 2 weeks before the event. If the spot is far away, we tell you any travel charge in writing before you book.

Do I need a permit for photos in the national forest?

It depends on group size: with 9 people or more, counting the team, the Forest Service requires a special permit. Ask at the district office before you choose the spot.

Do you also cover Williams, Sedona and other northern cities?

Yes, the same way: the package at the usual price and the travel quoted in writing. Choose "Other Arizona city" when you check your date.

Is your quinceañera in Flagstaff, Williams or another northern city?

For Flagstaff, Williams and the rest of the north, choose "Other Arizona city" and write the city and any addresses you have. We reply within 24 to 48 hours with the package and travel in writing.
